Your glass will come ready to hang with a string or chain. I highly recommend attaching nails into your window frame to hang your piece as suction cups are never the most sturdy or reliable when holding the weight of glass.
All pieces also come polished and cleaned. Over time the most amount of cleaning you will probably need to do would be the occasional dusting. If you really want the piece to shine you can use ammonia-free glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to freshen it up.
